Account verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order - please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address - please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number on the back of your credit card to confirm.

Security codes

The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Discover/MasterCard/Visa) of your card - in addition to the account number.

Daily spending limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order - even if there is enough money in an account. Many are as low as $500 per day. When using a debit card - funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.

When Central Texas Aviation Group charges your account

When you place an order - Peachtree Pilot Supply will contact your credit or debit card's issuing bank to confirm it is a valid account. Peachtree Pilot Supply requests an authorization - which holds the funds for the full or partial purchase amount. As Peachtree Pilot Supply prepares your items - authorized funds will be unavailable and may display as "pending" on your credit or debit card's online statement.

If you are shipping an item - your card will only be charged after the item has shipped. For pickup items - you will be billed before your item is ready for pick up. If your order contains multiple items - you may see multiple charges on your credit or debit card statement.

If you cancel your order before your items are billed - any authorizations placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to expire and any authorizations placed on your debit card account can take up to 10 days to expire. Contact your financial institution for their specific timeframes.

Central Texas Aviation Group accepts credit - debit - or check cards associated with a billing address within the fifty United States and the following U.S. territories:

Cards are accepted from most foreign countries, generally without exception. There may be some limitations due to embargos or relationships between that country's financial operations and merchant processors. Contact your financial institution for possible limitations.

Any gift card issued by a credit card company can be used as a method of payment with Central Texas Aviation Group. During checkout - if you are paying with a gift card issued by a credit card company - you can combine it with one credit card.

Charges will appear on your statement as "Aviation Services".

Cashier's Check or Money Order

To pay for your purchase using a Cashier's Check or Money Order:

  1. Place your order with Central Texas Aviation Group at CenTexAviation.com or by calling (737) 999-2322.
  2. Obtain the final dollar total of your order - including tax and any applicable shipping charges from Central Texas Aviation Group.
  3. Confirm that your cashier's check or money order is for the full amount of the order. It is not possible to combine a cash payment with another form of payment for one order.
  4. Make the cashier's check or money order payable to Central Texas Aviation Group - and include your Web Order Number or a copy of your order.
  5. Mail your payment to:

Note: Peachtree Pilot Supply must receive your payment within 10 calendar days after your order is placed or your order will be cancelled. Please allow one business day for order processing after Peachtree Pilot Supply receives your payment.

You can redeem a Central Texas Aviation Group Gift Card at the online CenTexAviation.com or by calling (737) 999-2322. Central Texas Aviation Group Gift Certificates can be used only in the United States. With the exception of gift cards - certificates - you can purchase just about anything sold by Central Texas Aviation Group - including products from both Central Texas Aviation Group and third-party makers.

In accordance with Texas state and local law - your Central Texas Aviation Group purchases will be taxed using the applicable sales tax or use tax rate for your shipping address - or the Central Texas Aviation Group address where the item is picked up. Generally - this tax is 8.25%.

The tax listed during checkout is only an estimate. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax - which includes state and local taxes - as well as any applicable discounts - rebates or fees.

Tax-exempt Orders

To place an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual - please call Central Texas Aviation Group at (737) 999-2322. You will need to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the organization where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not applicable.
